Description
A simple way to add additional emergency egress signage. These "glow-in-the-dark" wall mounted egress signs are meet stringent New York City Building Codes (Reference Standard 6-1, 6-1A & Local Law 26 of 2004). Identifies final exit doors with descriptive text “Exit Through Lobby” (fulfills RS 6-1 2.2.9.1.).
These signs work by photoluminescence - no electricity or batteries are required, simply a light source to keep the sign sufficient charged (see Features). They can easily be placed on any flat surface using double-sided tape (not included). Under normal lighting conditions these signs are highly visible. In the event of low lighting due to power failure, the signs will "glow-in-the-dark."
